GYPSUM BOARD APPLICATION

Fire Safe Laminate is applied to a sanded, fire resistant gypsum board with fire resistant glue through a high pressure process. All of these factors allow for a complete fire protective product that can be installed aluminum wall frames.

Gypsum Board Press

In order to ensure that the Fire Safe laminate is installed correctly for its maximum efficiency, a 2 ton press will press down and apply the Fire Safe laminate accompanied by the fire resistant glue. Otherwise, installing it manually can result in the laminate falling off and causing no protection to the wall.

Wall Installation

Since Fire Safe Gypsum boards cannot be drilled into, installation onto a wall requires a special aluminum frame that the board can be locked in to.
